Q: How much does it cost to hire?

A: Standard rate is for our four person spa is $190 for 2 days and extra day hire for $40

A: Because these are inflatable they’re very soft and comfortable to use. We think they feel better.

A: Around 700kg when fully filled (4 person spa), 1200kg (6 person spa), almost all decks and grounds should be fine.

A: Around 660 litres (4 person spa) or 1170L (6 person spa) – usually will not need refilled in a three day hire

A: An average of $15, depending on your power company

A: Anywhere from 10-15 hours depending on water temperature and season

A: The spa comes with childproof latches on the lid.

A: The spa is inflatable, so animals may be able to puncture this and cause damage to the spa. It is recommended that the spa is in an area where animals are not able to access and pets are inside while in use.

A: Yes the spa will need to be connected to power for the duration of the hire as well as setup and removal.

A: We recommend approximately 2x2m of relatively flat ground although this does not have to be soft as the spa is on a platform.

A: The maximum temperature is 40 degrees. Most of our customers like a temperature between 38 and 40 degrees, though young children may prefer 36-34 degrees.

A: Yes we will require one person to be there when we arrive to set up to grant us access to power and water as well as supervise the filling of the spa. Someone usually needs to be there as well when we remove it as this will likely require access to the inside of the property. This may take slightly over an hour. If you or someone else be cannot there it will incur an additional fee of $50 as well as arrangements for access.

A $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due one day before delivery. If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more in advance, the deposit will be fully refunded. If cancelled within 3 days of the booking, the deposit is non-refundable, although the booking can be rescheduled. Please note that the deposit for rescheduled bookings is also non-refundable.

A: We will deliver and pick up for free within a 30 minute drive from Christchurch city centre. Please contact to discuss beyond this.

A: As part of the standard hire we include a continuously dosing chlorine disinfectant. For town supply water there is no further treatment needed during the 3 day rental. If you wish to extend the rental this will require a check-up treatment. Each further day is $40. Importantly if you are using an alternative water supply such as an bore hole just let us know for no extra cost.

A: Drinking in the spa is perfectly fine for water based liquids (i.e. not smoothies). Food is not allowed in the Spa. Soiling the spa with food or other solids will incur a minimum fee of $50 for clean up.

A: These Spas are very simple and reliable to run. We include a laminated instruction booklet, but if you have any questions or issues please call us immediately 24/7.

A: We have 2 Spa options. The standard package spa can fit up to 4 people. However we also have a larger spa that can fit up to 7.

A: Yes we take a $100 bond with the final payment. This is refunded within 7 days to your nominated account when the spa has been collected in the same condition in which it was delivered. Fees will be taken from the security deposit.
